This self-developed manufacturing tool is specially optimized for producing Fashion Fountain Pen, full metal fountain pen and black metal fountain pen, further strengthening our in-house R&D and precision production capacity.
During pen manufacturing, stable clamping is critical for machining, engraving and surface finishing. The newly-patented auxiliary clamping device delivers more stable positioning during production. It effectively reduces workpiece shifting, lowers defective rates, and improves processing consistency, especially for metal-bodied fountain pens with complex contours. Apart from high-end fountain pen series, this upgraded fixture also benefits our mass production of students Rollerball Pens and Executive Rollerball Pens, helping us keep uniform quality for both promotional wholesale and custom OEM & ODM orders.
Fashion Fountain Pen, full metal fountain pen and black metal fountain pen require multiple precision procedures on metal barrels. Traditional clamping tools often face risks of scratching metal surfaces or unstable fixation. Our new patent solves these pain points.
