Assembly workshop
The assembly workshop is the core section for finished fountain pen production. Workers complete component assembly and writing tests on the production line. Every fountain pen is assembled here. Following AQL standards, preliminary inspections are carried out during assembly to guarantee assembly precision and lay a solid foundation for final quality check

semi-finished product warehouse
The semi-finished product warehouse stores pen barrels, nibs and other components with classified management. All material movements are recorded, ensuring stable supply of copper parts and plastic parts for production lines and traceability of the whole manufacturing process.

finished product warehouse
The finished product warehouse stores inspected qualified fountain pens with neat shelf zoning and standardized inventory management. Goods to be delivered are counted and packed here to ensure on-time and intact delivery for customer orders

injection molding workshop
The injection molding workshop is equipped with automated injection machines and robotic arms to integrally mold plastic pen parts. Automatic production controls the dimension of pen shells stably and efficiently supplies plastic blanks for follow-up surface treatment and assembly

copper parts workshop
CNC lathes in the copper parts workshop machine metal fountain pen components. Workers fabricate pen barrels and nibs, with on-site patrol inspection during processing to strictly control tolerance and ensure precise and durable metal parts

painting workshop
The painting workshop finishes surface coating for fountain pens via enclosed automatic spraying lines to realize diverse colors and coating effects. Adopting eco-friendly technology, it creates even and wear-resistant paint finish, as an in-house core surface treatment workshop

office
The office accommodates design, sales and quality control teams. Our designers develop fountain pen appearance, structure and CAD drawings. Sales and QC staff communicate with customers and track project progress, connecting design planning and manufacturing implementation
