A: We welcome trial orders and there is no strict minimum order quantity limit! We also accept small batch sample orders for quality testing. Large quantity orders can enjoy more favorable prices. Q: QUANTITY
A: We will conduct inspections according to the customer's standards and AQL, and carry out inspections on semi-finished products, finished products, and incoming materials. We will strictly control the quality to ensure that the customers receive complete and intact products.
Q: Why does the new pen fail to write or skip ink?
A: Air inside the pen after production. Rinse the nib first, fill ink fully, nib down for 1-2 mins to release air. Use our brand ink only. Mixing different ink causes clogging
Q: Why does the pen scratch paper when writing?
A: Slight scratch is normal for new nibs; it will become smooth after break-in. Heavy scratching may be caused by deformed nib or rough paper. Contact us for inspection if it tears paper.
Q: How to maintain the fountain pen?
A: Do not mix different ink. If not in use for a long time, empty ink, clean nib with cold water and dry before storage. Avoid dropping, high temperature and sunlight.
Q: What are EF / F nib sizes?
A: EF: extra fine tip for daily small handwriting. F: fine tip, standard general use. Minor difference in nib thickness between batches is normal.
Q: Can we customize logo / package / pen color?
A: Yes. We can customize according to the customer's requirements, such as different materials, customized logos, pen tip types, gift boxes, and writing habits in different countries.
Q: How long is the custom production lead time?
A: Lead time depends on order quantity and customization type. We will confirm exact production time after artwork confirmation.
Q: Can we use our own design? What about artwork file requirement?
A: Accept customer's own design. Please provide vector files (AI / PDF / CDR). Pictures in JPG/PNG may have blurry printing effect
Q: Can we make custom sample before bulk order?
A: Yes, custom samples are available. Sample cost and freight will be charged. Sample cost can be deducted in bulk order when quantity meets requirement.
